What types of makeup classes do we offer?

MVL Designs Team offers one-on-one classes and group sessions. The class includes lectures, demonstrations and hands-on makeup training in different modalities such as daily makeup application, basic and advanced makeup application which are categorized by the following: close-up, bridal, fashion, photoshoots, editorial, film, and television. A class session can be anywhere from 1-3 hours long, depending on the topic. Maria will share her creative journey. From her cosmetic preferences, to color combinations, to secret techniques, she will reveal it all! "Follow your dreams and be the best of you" -M.L.

Daily Makeup Application is for individuals who want to learn more about themselves in bringing out their natural beauty. This class is perfect for those who are always on-the-go but would still want to look their best. Enhance beautiful features while minimizing flaws. With our 10-minute makeover secret, all eyes will be on you.
Basic Makeup Application is for individuals or existing makeup artists who want to expand their knowledge in color theory, highlighting and shading techniques and learn how to apply them on different types of faces. This training will provide you with a sense of readiness to face the next level of creativity and style for Advanced Makeup Application.
Advanced Makeup Application is for former students certified with MVL Designs' Basic Makeup Application who will be further trained to be pros. With our precised training and accurate techniques, you'll be an expert in formulating your own colors and you'll soon realize that creating your own canvas is simple.
Pro Event Training is a journey to MVL Designs' dedicated footsteps to success! You will be trained in actual events by Maria Lawas herself. Pack up your tools because we are going to enter behind-the-scenes of fashion shows, photoshoots, weddings or maybe even editorial.. your choice! This is where it all begins, experience being a part of MVL Designs!

Makeup Kit

In order to succeed in fully gaining the right skills, a makeup kit is required during the training. MVL Designs have cosmetic preferences and some products will not be able to perform accurately.

Model Fee

In any class that requires hands-on application, you will need a model. Please note that there will be an additional charge per session.

Certificate / Awards

You will receive your certificate of completion once all the sessions are done. (In daily makeup application and in any single sessions, certificates will not be awarded.)

What types of hairstyling classes do we offer?

MVL Designs offer hands-on classes for hairstyling in an hourly basis. From bridal updos to runway mohawks, you name it, we have it!

Hairstyling Kit

We will provide any equipments or products that may be used during the class at no additional cost.

Model Fee

In any class that requires hands-on application, you will need a model. Please note that there will be an additional charge per hour.

Certificate / Awards

You will not be awarded any certificates for hairstyling lessons.
